Antique Arts Nexus ("AAN", "we") helps independent artists sell their work online. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and sign-in

Sign-in is by one-time email code only — we never create or store a password.

Purchases, pricing, and shipping

• All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
• We ship within Canada only. Any attempt to order with a non-Canadian address will be blocked.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

Intellectual property

Artworks, images, and descriptions shown on this site remain the property of the artist who created them, unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a physical piece does not transfer any reproduction rights to the artwork itself.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, AAN isn't liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the version in effect.
