Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you like a piece, add it to your cart, or check out, we ask for your email so we can send a one-time login code. We store:

• your email address;
• your marketing-consent status (checked or not, and the date);
• order metadata (order ID, amount, items purchased) once a purchase completes;
• general browsing data tied to an artwork rather than a person (views, likes, shares), except where linked to your email once you're signed in.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store a password. Your mailing address and payment details are entered directly on Stripe's secure pages, our payment processor — Antique Arts Nexus never receives your full mailing address and does not retain it in our database. Stripe processes and retains that information under its own privacy policy.

Marketing and unsubscribing

We only send promotional emails if you've explicitly checked the consent box (unchecked by default) when signing in. Every promotional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Data sharing

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the vendors needed to run the site: Stripe (payments), Canada Post (shipping, from the postal code you provide at checkout), and Resend (sending emails).
